100 kilometers from shore, Evolve™ can produce hydrogen from wave, solar, and wind energy to create energy for carbonless bulk hydrogen.
This is our concept design, which has gained traction with several Oil & Gas groups as well as carbonless energy groups in the UK and Scandinavia.
With little capital expenditure, existing pipelines for gas can be retrofitted for hydrogen delivery, which needs only 17 bars of pressure to be pumped to shore.
Because the rig remains in place, retrofitting decommissioned rigs with an Evolve™ bulk hydrogen electrolyzer is advantageous to surrounding sea life.
